Columbus, IN: Blackerby's Hanger 5

There is a hidden gem in Columbus, and it is called the airport.

As someone fascinated by aircraft of all kinds, I love watching planes take off and land. Luckily for me, there is a pretty great restaurant (Blackerby's Hanger 5) at the Columbus airport...which my parents happen to frequent often :) While we were around this summer, we went out to brunch here a couple of times. The food is really good, and they have huge windows facing the runways so you can watch planes while you eat. It is always busy in the restaurant, so make sure to give yourself enough time to enjoy it. They are only open for breakfast and lunch (and are perfect for brunch).
